CBK Gym is a full time Boxing, Kickboxing and Personal Coaching Gym.
We are a family run Gym, and one of the only Gyms to teach kids from 4 years old, with our oldest member currently aged 66 years young.
We are a full time Boxing and Kickboxing Gym offering Kids and Adult classes every night of the week, and Saturday mornings, with PT sessions available 7 days a week.
We offer Boxing every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Our Boxing classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginner to competitive boxers, all training together to help each other achieve their goals and become the best they can be. Our classes include all the elements of boxing.
Our Kickboxing classes run every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
We are a Blackbelt Kickboxing Academy, with every student offered the opportunity to work through our (belt), grading system but this is not compulsory.
Our Kickboxing is based on the K1 style of Kickboxing, with an emphasis on the Dutch and Thai style of fighting.
Personal/Small Group Training;
We offer 121 or small group coaching 7 days per week with our qualified and passionate coaches, in Boxing, Kickboxing and Health and Fitness.
Kids £5 per class PAYG, or £40 for a block of 10 classes
Adult £10 per class PAYG, or £80 for a block of 10 classes
Personal Coaching Prices;
Adult £30 per session, 1 hour, or £250 for a block of 10 sessions
Child £20 per session, 40/60 minute
30 minute Pad Blast;
£20 per session, or £150 for a block of 10 sessions
